1. Product introduction

3. Characteristics
1. This glue has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and is paste-like. It is made of a variety of inorganic raw materials. The temperature resistance range is between 60 and 1200 °C, and it can even reach 1300 °C.
2. With high bonding strength, it is suitable for various glue injection processes, and also suitable for bonding various materials, such as aluminum profiles, galvanized sheets, ABS plastics are equal to the bonding between filter paper and non-woven fabrics.
3. It is suitable for a variety of different media, has good insulation performance, and is also resistant to oil, dust, acid and alkali.
4. The product has passed the SGS test, has the characteristics of environmental protection and non-toxicity, and is odorless and non-corrosive.

4. Steps for usage
1. For various surface treatments, the surface should be polished as rough as possible or sandblasted.
2. Cleaning: Use a special cleaning agent to clean the polished surface to remove the oil stains on it.
3. Glue application: Use glue injection equipment or tools to fully mix the AB components and inject glue into the metal frame of the filter, and then it can be packaged after curing for a certain period of time.
4. Curing: Usually, when the room temperature is 20~25℃, it is the initial curing time after 8~10 hours, and it is fully cured in 72 hours, and a good strength can be achieved within 4 days.
5.Storage and packaging
The storage period of AB material is 3-6 months.It is advisable to store indoors above 15°C:

6. Precautions
1. This product is generally stored in a dry room, and pay attention to waterproof, moisture-proof and sun-proof. The inner plug and outer cover must be covered to prevent the rubber from absorbing moisture in the air and affecting the use effect.
2. A/B styrofoam can be used normally at room temperature (25℃), if the temperature is too high or too low, it will affect the use effect. Cooling or warming must be done artificially.
3. The mold must be coated with a release agent before pouring the glue, and the glue can be poured after it is dry.
