2. R&D management procedures

1. After receiving the requirements of the R&D instruction, the technical department organizes the design and R&D team, determines the design leader, formulates the R&D design plan, and writes the "Design and Development Plan".

2. According to the design plan, the person in charge of design determines the content of each technical interface according to the characteristics and requirements of the product, and communicates the technical interface to each designer, and compiles the "Design and Development Input List".

3. The designer carries out the product plan design based on the design input. The vice president of technology convenes the relevant personnel of the company to discuss the plan. After the plan is approved, the design leader carries out the technical design according to the approved plan, including drawings and processes, and organizes relevant personnel Review the design, make records, and compile the "Design and Development Review Report".

4. The designer will test and verify the product based on the review result and compile the "Design and Development Verification Report".

5. After the product test and verification pass, the designer draws product processing drawings and makes process guidelines, which are reviewed by the person in charge of design and issued after approval by the vice president of technology, and the "design and development output list" is compiled.
