3. Instructions
1. The surface of the end cover should be cleaned to remove oil and dust, and thoroughly dry. There should be no foreign matter such as oil or water on the surface, so as not to affect the bonding strength.
2. Before batching, mix or invert component A in the bucket, mix components A and B in a ratio of 2:1 (weight ratio), add 2 kg of talcum powder per kg of glue A on average, and stir well.
3. Inject an appropriate amount of adhesive into the end cap, and leave it for a while, so that the surface of the adhesive is evenly coated on each part of the end cap.
4. Insert the filter paper (or center tube) into the end cap, check the surfaces of the two glue joints, make sure that they are in complete contact, and put a little pressure on the top to stand.
5. After curing for about 1 hour, turn it over and glue it with the other end cover. After 24 hours, it can be completely dried before packaging. It can be used after 5 days.
