6. Installation method

7. Matters Needing Attention
Stainless steel punching mesh has small heat conduction and large heating expansion (austenite overall system), so cutting fluid with good cooling performance should be selected for lubrication during punching. The work hardening of 304 metal punching mesh near normal temperature is greatly affected by temperature, and the formability is greatly affected by temperature and speed. Generally, under high temperature and high speed conditions, the n value decreases and the formed parts deteriorate.
