It is used in the production of all air filters and oil diesel filters.

The PU skin molding process is as follows: first spray the release agent on the upper and lower molds of the skin forming mold, and then spray the in-mold paint on the surface of the lower mold, which can spray different colors of in-mold paint, and then set the mold and pour the two-component polyurethane raw material , After curing, the mold is released, and the curing time is 40-180s according to the raw material formula.

 

4. Product advantages

It has the following advantages: high flexibility in design, and can produce instrument panels with corner curvature close to 0; Variable thickness range: 0.5-3mm; Repetitive production capacity of precise epidermal surface structure; The pattern structure is not limited; Excellent physical and mechanical properties and excellent aging resistance. Excellent odor and low emission characteristics, atomization amount < 1mg; Multi color (by adding color paste or spraying in mold paint) and texture. Due to the low viscosity of raw materials of PU skin, the thickness of skin can be produced from 0.5-3mm.

 

 

5. Production process

1. Material-A should stirred evenly with plastic hand electric drill, material-B can shake, before used.
2. Open the electrocaloric plate temperature to 40-50 degrees, in winter material-A and material-B with a small container to preheat.
3. Wipe the mould with release agent
the air, workshop environment.
5. material-A and material-B are mixed at the mixture ratio of 100:40 ratio, then add 40% talcum powder(heavy calcium powder)(100:40:50±5), with 2800 rev / min motor to mix, mixing time determined by the amount of adhesive, per 100g of adhesive is approximately 7-10 seconds .
6. Pour the Mixed liquid into mould, then put the paper element and give a little pressure on it. 8-15 minutes later you can bring the mould down.
