5. Product principle
Automobile air intake is as important as human breathing, and the air filter element is a very important filter in this link.

The engine needs gas to ignite, and the gas first enters the intake pipe from outside the car, then passes through the air flow sensor, then passes through the throttle, and finally enters the engine for combustion
However, the air filter element is particularly important. Some large dust particles or paper scraps outside the car need to be filtered by the air filter element. The air flow sensor is responsible for the regulation of sending air into the next link. The throttle is to control the intake flow, and the accelerator pedal is directly controlled. Finally, a mixture of air and gasoline is synthesized for combustion in the engine.

10. Production process
1. Material-A should stirred evenly with plastic hand electric drill, material-B can shake, before used.
2. Open the electrocaloric plate temperature to 40-50 degrees, in winter material-A and material-B with a small container to preheat.
3. Wipe the mould with release agent
the air, workshop environment.
5. material-A and material-B are mixed at the mixture ratio of 100:40 ratio, then add 40% talcum powder(heavy calcium powder)(100:40:50±5), with 2800 rev / min motor to mix, mixing time determined by the amount of adhesive, per 100g of adhesive is approximately 7-10 seconds .
6. Pour the Mixed liquid into mould, then put the paper element and give a little pressure on it. 8-15 minutes later you can bring the mould down.
11. Method of operation
1. Before using glue every day, mix material a evenly with electric hand drill, and shake material B.
2. Turn on the electric heating plate and adjust the temperature to 40-50 ℃. In winter, preheat a and B materials in small containers.
3. Wipe the mold with mold release agent.
4. Mix a and B materials in the ratio of 100:40, then add 40% talc powder, and use 2800 RPM motor to stir the mixed glue solution. The stirring time is determined by the amount of glue, about 7-10 seconds per 100 grams of glue.
12 . Do’s and don’ts
1. This product is generally stored in a dry room, and pay attention to waterproof, moisture, sun protection.
The inner plug and outer cover must be well covered to avoid the rubber absorbing moisture in the air and affecting the use effect.
2. A / b material can be used normally at room temperature (25 ℃), if the temperature is too high or too low, it will affect the use effect.
Manual cooling or heating must be used.
3. The mold must be coated with release agent before pouring, and the mold can be poured only after it is dry.
